Karisma Kapoor was one of the top league actresses at one point of time. She was part of many hit movies especially with Govinda. However, like most actresses, her film career was on a downfall after her marriage with businessman Sanjay Kapur in 2003. Karisma Kapoor has been on a long break from Bollywood since her marriage. Karisma was last seen two years back in Mere Jeevan Saathi . But that film was been in the making since a long time. So, actually the movie in which she was last seen was Baaz: A Bird in Danger in 2003.

For quite some time, Karisma has been trying to initiate her second innings in Bollywood. Last year she was even in talks with Onir, (of My Brother Nikhil fame) for a film but nothing materialized. With the absence of any films on her hands, Karisma is trying to seek the much-desired attention by making regular public appearances. Perhaps, this way she can at least stay in the news and get much required attention. We wonder when we will be able to see her back on the big screen. Directors, are you listening?
