I have that Microshat-on feeling again - I think this forum software is designed to work with Insecure Exploiter. Anyway, to my browser (beloved sleek K-Meleon) all the fancy-pants editing controls are totally dead. NOTHING works except the smilies. (Well, I can upload atachments)

I'll stick with SMF!

I tried all three. My best bet is to go with the plain texsht and do the coding myshelf. Pfooey.

I really got shocked when i saw ur message. I never tried K-meleon. So i thought to test my site with that too. But it's working fine here no problems at all. I am writing this message from "K-meleon" only.

I think you need to update you k-meleon version. I m using K-Meleon1.02.

Try to download a new version and let me know

PS: K-meleon is really fast... my site is opening really fast in it

Yeah, but I do have the most up-to-date K-Meleon (and good on you for trying it! - it is fast, eh?) But! The darn buttons in the fancy-text toolbar were dead to me. Something was just not communicating. I didn't try it with any other browsers because it isn't really all that important and I hate switching unless I really have to. I have K-M tweaked up just the way I like it. K-M configuration files are one of the first things I back up when I'm going to blow up Windows and rebuild.

A couple of days ago I had to help out a friend and change an obsolete e-mail address on an e-store site. I had to use IE because the &$^%#$*%$ WYSIWYG editor there uses activex. YUCK.

Good grief, now it works. I swear I haven't changed anything, but that's Winders for ya.
