Default Guideline to manage ur weight after DIWALI

Here is a guide to manage ur weight after eating DIWALI SWEETS & SAVOURIES:

*Keep the bodyhydrated by drinking a lot of water.
*Continue exercising.
* Add walking to ur regime,to burn off extra calories.
*Avoid eating heavy dinners.
*Eat fresh fruits & vegetables.
* Avoid snacking.
*Avoid secong helpings.This is usually the cause of extra weight gain.
* Eat ur dinner early ,leaving atleast three hrs gap before bedtime.Take astrool after dinner whenever possible.
*Enjoy this festive season and also keep in mind these pointers so tat u can get back to ur shape again without worries and stress.
