![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | Ingredients Potatoes, cut into wedges 4 large Oil to deep-fry + 1 tablespoon Spring onions, sliced 3 Sugar 1½ tablespoons Dark soy sauce 2 tablespoons Salt to taste Fresh red chillies, sliced 2 Method 1. Heat sufficient oil in a wok, add the potato wedges and deep fry till lightly browned. Drain and set aside on absorbent paper. 2. Heat one tablespoon of oil in another wok and add spring onions and sauté for a minute. Add sugar, dark soy sauce and salt and mix. 3. Add fried potatoes and fresh red chillies. Mix and cook for a minute. 4. Serve hot. |
