Gladly to say all of you we are chosing member of month April here...

Then Pls sugest here who is the member of month April 2009........

But Plz don't refer senior members name. Only new member or regular members.......
Coz I think...... New commers are really a hard worker......

I my mind Parii and Afsana jii, Aayush and more of, really done good worked here......

You ll sugest here his/ her name by his/her good work or regular post or
Gived by his/her replys........

I am waiting........... we are declare on 10 of this month

but khwaish there is one problem ..
after we post here .. no one repliess saying wat we had liked abt him/ her .
they just say congrates and then finished .
arey yaar humein unke bareme kuch to batana chaiye na jisse woh aur bhi encouraged ho sakey ., par koi kuch nahi kehta . they all say just "congrates" and then they go as if they all are just filling up the formality ..
so i didnt continuing announcing member of the month ..

sunny something is batter then nothing. so i think we should start it once again. shayad people start taking intrest. so what do u say sameer?

hmm okei bhai . as u wish . but see if we are doing so much of "mehnat" and others are not taking it seriously then its the worst thing that i can feel .

now i m confused... alteast nothing bad to announce one MOM every months... so sameer. wat we can do is announce MOM for May on 1st June. Just get the right name. you can discuses with sunny... theek hai na?
